1. What is an Extended Service Contract?

An Extended Service Contract provides coverage on your vehicle to protect against the high cost of repairs due to unexpected mechanical failures after the manufacturer’s factory warranty has expired.



2. What happens if my car breaks down on the side of the road?
In the event your vehicle is disabled, we will pay for or reimburse you for receipted towing or roadside expenses up to $50 per occurrence.


3. Where do I have to take my vehicle to have repairs completed?

You may take your vehicle to any licensed repair facility.


4. What if the repair facility does not honor this type of Extended Service Contract?

If your repair facility chooses not to bill us directly, we will pay for all covered repair costs with a corporate credit card.


5. How does the claims process work?
A. You would take your vehicle to a licensed repair facility of your choice.
B. Allow the repair facility to diagnose your vehicle.
C. Have the repair facility contact the Administrator to obtain authorization for the claim prior to having the repairs made.
D. Once the repair is authorized and completed, the repair facility will bill us directly or we will reimburse them with a corporate credit card.


6. Does this contract provide additional benefits such as Rental Reimbursement, Trip Interruption, Lost Key/Lock Out or coverage on Tires?
Yes. Reimbursement is available on these items and is included on all of our contracts.


7. Is the contract transferable?

Yes. You can transfer your contract to anyone to whom you sell or otherwise transfer your vehicle while this contract is still in force, except an entity or individual in the business of selling automobiles.


8. What do I do if I don’t keep my vehicle for the entire term of the contract?
Your Contract is cancelable at any time during its term. Simply request in writing to the Administrator for your Contract to be canceled, and we will refund you the pro-rated amount based on the greater of the days in force or the miles driven.
